We arrange to meet with you in your home or at our offices at no cost and without any obligation to discuss the legal process of estate administration.
We will provide you with a highly competitive fixed fee quote for the complete estate administration work and then you can decide if you wish to proceed.
We offer the best possible complete estate administration service and a price promise that if you can find the same level of service at a better price we will refund the difference.

Funeral Cost and your expenses
Once you confirm instructions for Curtis Legal to act on behalf of the estate we will immediately arrange payment of the funeral invoice directly to a Funeral Director of your choice.
We will also reimburse any out of pocket expenses you have incurred.

How are we repaid?
We administer the entire estate for you so you can relax. We understand that it can sometimes take months for us to recover sufficient funds to reimburse the payments we have made on your behalf and this is part of our service to you.
There is no interest charged even when we have to wait for a property to be sold. All we ask is that you agree that we can be reimbursed when funds are available.
We understand that it is a very difficult time so we make everything as simple and easy as possible for you.
